• When you order: your name, email address, mobile number, collection date and time, and any notes you add.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Why we collect it

• To prepare your order, confirm it with you and arrange collection.
• To contact you about your order if anything changes.
• To send you news and offers, only if you tick the separate marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to 2 years, after which personal details are anonymised.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments) and our website and database providers. We never sell your data.
